Special arrangement for bookings during “COVID-19”
“In the event that arrival to us is not possible in time for the start of the trip, we offer a free rebooking. This includes, for example, a blocking of the airports or a travel ban for the province of Cadiz.
A prerequisite for the rebooking is that the accommodation is available in the selected period and is within the same season. Should the rebooking of a trip in the low season the difference can be paid by the guest and the trip can be rebooked to these dates.
We recommend that you take out travel insurance in order to be covered in the event of a flight that may be canceled.
Our general rule remains that the booked accommodation can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before the start of the trip. In this case, the down payment will of course be refunded. “
Terms of payment
A deposit equal to 25% of the total price is due within 7 days of completing your booking. In the case that this is not received, the reservation is forfeited
The remaining amount is due 7 days before arrival by bank transfer. 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
Rental Agreement and Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Booking Confirmation
The reservation of the holiday accommodation is legally binding upon receipt of the booking confirmation. By completing the booking, the tenant and his fellow travelers accept the terms and conditions as legally binding.
§ 2 Payment
The deposit of 25% of the total amount must be transferred to our account within 7 days of completing the booking. The remaining payment is due up to 7 days before arrival and is payable by bank transfer.
No bond will be charged.
§ 3 Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival, the booked accommodation is available from 4 p.m. Claims for damages cannot be made if, in exceptional cases, entry to the accommodation is not possible on time at 4 p.m. The accommodation must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure.
§ 4 Rental property
4.1. The holiday home is rented with a full inventory. Any loss, defects or damage must be reported to the landlord immediately. Any complaints about the condition of the accommodation and inventory will only be accepted within 24 hours of arrival. Thereafter, any damaged or missing items must be replaced. The inventory is to be treated carefully and with care and is only intended to remain in the holiday home. The tenant is liable for damage caused by culpable violation of his duty of care and notification, especially in the event of improper handling of technical systems and other furnishings. The tenant is also liable for the actions of his fellow travelers. Damage caused by force majeure is excluded from this.
4.2. If the holiday home is used contrary to the contract, such as subletting, overcrowding, disturbance of the peace, etc., and if the full rental price is not paid (§ 2), the contract can be terminated without notice. The already paid deposit remains with the landlord.
§ 5 Stay
The minimum stay for the accommodation units is two days. The holiday accommodation may only be used with the number of people specified in the description, unless otherwise agreed upon prior. Visitors and day guests are only permitted after prior agreement. A fee may be charged for this.
§ 6 Cancellation and cancellation conditions
It is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.
It is necessary to notify of a cancellation of the trip in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by post. In the event of cancellation, the landlord’s claim to payment of the agreed travel price remains. If the holiday accommodation booked cannot be rented elsewhere, the landlord has a claim for compensation according to the following sliding scale:
Up until 60 days before arrival, cancellation is without penalty
As of 30 days before arrival: 25% of total price
As of 14 days before arrival: 50% of total price
As of 7 days before arrival: 75% of total price
As of 3 days before arrival: 100% of total price
§ 7 Cancellation by the landlord
A cancellation by the landlord can take place after the start of the rental without prior notice if the tenant disturbs other tenants despite prior warning or if the tenant behaves in such a manner that the immediate termination of the rental contract is justified.
§ 8 Change of booking
A change of booking can only be made once the rental agreement has been canceled according to the terms stated under “Cancellation and cancellation conditions”. In order to make changes to the dates, a new booking should be made.
§ 9 Liability of the landlord
We commit to performing our specified services conscientiously and correctly. Liability for possible failures or disruptions in water or electricity supply, as well as events and consequences due to force majeure are hereby excluded.
9.1 The tenant and his companions are not insured during the stay in the rental property and on the property. The landlord assumes no liability for any damage caused as a result of using the property. Travel insurance is recommended.
9.2 Parents are responsible for the supervision of their children.
9.3 Dogs should always be on a leash on the Finca Vegana premises. Dog owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs.
§ 10 House Rules – Vegan accommodation
By booking accommodation at Finca Vegana, the tenant agrees to abide by our house rules. Being a vegan accommodation, we must emphasise that bringing and consuming animal products is not permitted on the premises.
§ 11 Written form
No agreements have been reached other than those listed in this contract. No verbal agreements were made. By booking, the tenant accepts the general terms and conditions.
§ 12 Severability Clause
If one of the rental conditions described above is invalid, it will be replaced by a regulation that comes closest to it. The other rental conditions remain unaffected and valid.

- Pets are very welcome at Finca Vegana. In the houses there is an additional cleaning fee of 15 € per stay, which can be added in the booking process
