Crystal clear water, white sand and palm trees make for a Caribbean feeling
Costa de la Luz
Head south from Cádiz and you will find one postcard beach after another.
El Palmar is known as a Mecca for surfers. Converted buses and small motorhomes throng to the beachfront parking areas to catch the best waves. The atmosphere is familiar and friendly and it’s easy to fall into conversation. Before you know it, you will be sitting amongst friends.
Conil captivates with its alternative flair and historic city center. The many chiringuitos, beach bars, invite you to a cold drink in summer, with the sand between your toes.

Dip your toes into the Atlantic ocean or the mediterranean, within a 90 min. drive
Cádiz and Vejer de la Frontera also boast beautiful local beaches. It’s easy to combine a city tour with a trip to the beach. Stroll around a bit, see the sights and have a bite to eat, then head to the sea and soak up some rays. It doesn’t get much better than that, does it?
A trip to the coast is definitely worth it. Whether a tour of one of the coastal white villages or a pure beach day – if you love the beach, we highly recommend the Costa de la Luz.
